Had been renting here for 2 plus years asked them to hold my storage for a couple more days they wouldn't and sold it for $14 smh.
JANEL A | Overall ExperienceI have rented U-Haul storage units in the past and everything was great. This time was awful I reserved my storage online which was supposed to be free for the first month with the purchase of the U-Haul but once I got to the store location my reservation was not in the system. The location was also stating that the system was not going to honor the first month rent promotion. . I called corporate and spoke with a representative she noted on my reservation for the location to honor the promotion but there still was problems I have never have had a issue with making a reservation online for a U-Haul truck and storage unit and going into the location and my reservation not be in the system or U-Haul storage location not honoring a promotion. After renting the U-Haul picking the truck up going to my previous location loading the truck getting back to the store location just to find out my reservation was not in the system. Now I’m at the location without a storage unit having to call corporate again. The representative stated that I did have a reservation gave me the reservation number but the storage location was saying that they did not see the storage reservation and that the system is not honoring the first month rent free promotion. After having to make two calls to corporate and wait in the store for over and hour until the location finally decided to honor the promotion. I was very dissatisfied and I feel that someone should reach out to me and offer me something better than just the one month free. Never have I ever been treated that awful by a U-Haul storage location or the system cancelling my reservations. Not one but twice that day 7-5-26.
Shawanda M | First ImpressionsMy U-Haul experience with 2033 East South Blvd. was very good. My overall experience with U-Haul from Arkansas very poor poor and unprofessional. They made promises that they could not keep they had me going to Texas to pick up a truck when I was 34 minutes from Glenwood. They charge me for going to Texarkana, Texas to Alabama.
