I got an inside unit, the access time is wild, I should have access to my property after 5pm, why even lock the exterior door if the inside doors have locks? Also, the exterior door is beyond too small, can barely fit my chair through it. They provide carts to use but you can barely move the carts with how bumpy the lot is. I found a box of poison inside the unit, couldn't see what I was touching tho cause there's no lighting at all.

Ran into a small hiccup during first month: website does not specify that two (2) locks are required but Shawn clearly explained the how and why. It was handled. I was just grateful to be able to access the unit outside of business hours. Thank you!

My storage unit after a year had dust and I saw some beetles in my belongings, but the facility is safe.
