Had to get a second storage due to first one totally full. A great place to come and go as needed.

RICKY J | Overall Experiencei attempted and intended on moving out of the storage unit whenever i had all of my stuff removed from the unit in 2024, i believe it was end of september or beginning of october, kept having to pay for it because we received no help from staff. finally went up there (made the time to drive up there since i had already moved over an hour away) just to talk to them and see what we could do about closing everything, they said they’d cancel everything and take care of it, well that was months ago and they still proceeded to send bills out and the move out date that’s connected to the email i just received today is june 24 2025 when like i said this should’ve been all finalized months ago when i moved out. so i’ll probably never use that specific uhaul place ever again. the management they had when i first opened a unit which was back in 2021 was fantastic, since they left it’s been downhill for sure.
Alexis T | Overall ExperienceWith the extra security that is in place, the units should have 24 hour access. Some people can only move their things during the. Night. If I work until 6pm come home, relax, and eat dinner. Spend a few minutes with my spouse and kids. I can start taking things to storage around 8-9 pm. You close at 10 pm so i can only bring a few things at a time. Staying open later to around 12 - 1 am would be much more convient to get my move finished. Please consider the option to staying open later, please. You already have security in place, so why not?

SCOTTY B | First ImpressionsThe staff at this location were hands down, the best service I’ve ever gotten! I am a disabled Vet and I had an unexpected, last minute move to Georgia. My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and I have to move home to be by her side. I am short on cash and the staff went out of their way to help me get what I needed to move home. I am grateful for them and I have been blessed by their sincere devotion in helping me get home to my Momma! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Y’all ROCK!!!!
