Norm E | Overall ExperienceUpon moving out it was quite clear there was evidence of rodents within the unit. Thankfully most of our things that were not easy to wash were in Totes/space saver bags. However, everything else we had to wash. So no I will not recommend someone store their belongings here. We spent 5 days washing items that we knew were safe to wash and use and ended up throwing away quite a few things that we didn’t feel would be safe even after washing.

JOSE G | Overall ExperienceI removed items from my storage unit as well as my ex husband’s unit, leaving some big items, requiring me to sign an abandonment form for both units, which I did. This was November of 2024. I have called Beki on several occasions to find out why I was being charged every month when Beki signed me out and close my account. She never answered the phone or called me back. Currently this has been sent to collections and has affected my credit score. I also notice on this form that I moved out June 10,2025???? Another lie! I live in Texas now so no, I moved out last November of 2024.
Lisa B | Overall ExperienceThe only negative that I have experienced was when I had problems getting in after hours and it kept failing. I finally made it by when the office was open to see what the problem was. I was told that you now have to pay $10 per unit per month for after hours access. To me, that's just finding more ways to milk your customers. I've had two units for years and pay almost $300 per month now. That seems like more than enough to to cover my after hours access. But I do like the staff. They are always friendly. And the facility is clean and well maintained.
