I was trying to manage my mothers u-haul storage while she was sick, and once she passed I was very overwhelmed with the tasks that I had to take care of. Uhaul was very helpful in the situation and did the best that they could to help me, I was always paying late due to not expecting to have to "take over" the storage units- which I know had to make things difficult for them. Val the manager was great, the gentleman that was a stand-in manager while she was out was super helpful as well.
