I am very appreciative to the Lincoln U-Haul location for all of their help. I was trying to manage my mothers u-haul storage while she was sick, and once she passed I was very overwhelmed with the tasks that I had to take care of. Uhaul was very helpful in the situation and did the best that they could to help me, I was always paying late due to not expecting to have to "take over" the storage units- which I know had to make things difficult for them. Val the manager was great, the gentleman that was a stand-in manager while she was out was super helpful as well.

Amziah C | Overall ExperienceMy only complaint is that the cost to rent my unit continually went up (seemingly annually), however I never got anything more for my extra money than I got from day 1!! Same storage unit, same security, no updates to the unit but price steadily went up! If you charge more, make your customers feel as though they're getting their money's worth!

benita j | Overall ExperienceThe ramp would not come down so I had to go back to U-Haul to get a crowbar to let the ramp down second the truck needed a tune up so bad that he drank a quarter tank of gas in 12 miles. 6 of those Miles Is.because I had to go back to U haul for the crowbar and then go back home.
