I stood nearby in plain view, she did not acknowledge my presence, nor spoke to me, nor advised there would be someone else to assist me. After a few moments, a male more customer-friendly, Rep, likely a manager, came in from outside and immediately acknowledged me and asked how he could help. The interaction elevated my view of the customer experience at this facility. Thank you!
