Dnisha F. | First Impressionswe are actually finding a new unit to move our stuff into. makes zero sense how the loading dock is too high for the trucks and we ourselves have to figure out how to lift heavy loads ourselves with no ramp or anything, and that our unit was on the second floor with no elevator?
jordan d. | First ImpressionsI’m giving 2 stars because of the horrible decision to put storage units you have to access via a rolling staircase. I originally had one on the ground floor, but it turned out to be too small. The only ones available were the ones you could only access with the rolling stairs. It was the biggest pain in the neck. I didn’t even know these existed or I would not have stored my stuff there. Also, there are people who are clearly living in those units. There are also homeless outside often as well.
