There are two Hispanic/Latina women who work at this facility that are very courteous, efficient, and great at their jobs. There is a man and a light skinned woman who have freckles that are extremely unprofessional, derogatory, and nasty to the clients. That man threatened me and the woman with the light skin and freckles is nasty and rude. U-Haul should consider sending someone to corporate to interview their employees at this location and maybe make some changes to the staff.
