ROBERTE I | First ImpressionsThe front desk staff in the rental office were always respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. My belongings were always safe and undamaged, and the facility was consistently clean. However, over the nearly two years I rented here, the cost of my storage unit increased two to three times, which was disappointing. There were also multiple occasions when I was unable to access my unit because the facility doors were not working for customers. My biggest concern occurred when I moved units and misplaced my keys. I hired a professional locksmith, and I was present while he successfully opened my lock. After leaving, I received a voicemail from management accusing me of damaging the unit and stating that I would automatically be charged $500–$600. When I returned with the locksmith to inspect the unit, we discovered that the alleged “damage” was simply a scuff mark that wiped off with his T-shirt. This suggested that no one had thoroughly inspected the unit before deciding to assess a substantial charge. Fortunately, I always take photos and video recordings of my storage unit, and after I provided that documentation, the charge was dropped. While I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved, I was deeply disappointed by how it was handled. Being accused of causing damage without what appeared to be a proper inspection was upsetting and left me with little confidence in the process. It made me question whether other customers have had similar experiences. Because of this, I would be hesitant to rent from this facility again.

When I got to the actual storage facility, a woman named Mary was quite helpful to me. She worked there as a cleaning person. She was exceptionally amazing. I also spoke to the manager of the U-Haul andrew and he was also very helpful.
