Staff is great, very helpful and cooperative with our needs. Only negative comment would be the restrooms near the dock was not cleaned often. Three consecutive days, the men’s toilet was never cleaned.

This was a terrible experience. I drove 2.5 hours to rent a truck to have it not available. I requested a 15’ one way rental and had a reservation for one and was not given such. The agent there offered me a storage unit for 30 days. I had to pay for a 10’loval truck to move items into storage. Now I have to do another truck rental to go get my items and take them to my home. Terrible experience. Uhaul can do better.

Great experience, will be letting others know of yr price lock , clean facility n knowledgeable team. The yellow rope I brought it to one of the person that works there. He looked at me and said he don't know. I know they been in my storage unit because plastic bags has been torn out of my storage. But it's okay I got God.
