We had a somewhat complicated move in and out of the facility and everyone was super helpful. When we were told by u-haul corporate that we needed to pick up our truck at a different location I called the office on Cage Rd and asked if there was anyway they could get the truck moved over so it would be there when we arrived. They said Yes!, no problem. Absolutely so helpful at every turn!

Rudolfo G | Overall ExperienceThe walk through gate to the RV storage was constantly left open. Over the last 10-12 months there has been more and more U-Haul trailers stored in the RV area, making it harder to travel in & out of storage. I spoke three times to staff advising them I would be pulling out on Aug 21 (contract was through Aug 24th) and on the 21st I turned in my gate FOB and was assured I would not be charged for another month. Imagine my surprise when I was charged on August 24th for another month. I sent a message to management asking what to do to be refunded and have not heard back at all. Add that to the ever increasing rent and I am very glad I moved out. I will now pay less than half the cost for rent and will have access to water & a dump station.
