Mice infestation. Ruined 3/4 of my inventory in the unit as well as neighbors on the floor. My unit had poop and pee through out it was horrendous. As I was moving out they were running unit to unit in the open. So they are comfortable around humans which made me realize they have been there a while. It’s not their fault they were born in a storage facility, I feel bad for them but I don’t want them near my belongings!!! I would’ve lost it if I ended up storing my $12k couch. Anywho Javier (manager) was kind and swept it up for me (above and beyond) and worked with me on a move out process.

LAVERNE H | Overall ExperienceI regularly use U-Haul across the country for my job. I had a horrible experience with this U-Haul location that is making me reconsider using U-Haul for any work I have in the future. I cancelled my unit at the end of October before my next month was intended to start and had a conversation with an employee about this and cutting a lock that was accidentally left on the unit. We understood each other. I then was emailed, called, sent letters telling me I owed money. I talked to multiple people, including the manager multiple times and sent everything requested. Yet continued to have emails calls and letters sent to me with charges. It took 3 months to resolve this issue. The manager not giving clarity and not being willing to close an account because of his inability to open standard files another UHaul employee confirmed they could open. Entirely disinterested in this company

The staff was always there l was afraid because of the people on drugs they made sure everything was lit and someone was always there. Fatima always spoke and was very polite.
