I regularly use U-Haul across the country for my job. I had a horrible experience with this U-Haul location that is making me reconsider using U-Haul for any work I have in the future. I cancelled my unit at the end of October before my next month was intended to start and had a conversation with an employee about this and cutting a lock that was accidentally left on the unit. We understood each other. I then was emailed, called, sent letters telling me I owed money. I talked to multiple people, including the manager multiple times and sent everything requested. Yet continued to have emails calls and letters sent to me with charges. It took 3 months to resolve this issue. The manager not giving clarity and not being willing to close an account because of his inability to open standard files another UHaul employee confirmed they could open. Entirely disinterested in this company

They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and very professional throughout the entire process. The facility itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. While the hours could have been a bit more convenient, I understand the limitations due to the location. I didn’t have any bad experiences during my time there, and the service truly stood out. That being said, the only major drawback for me was the pricing. It’s significantly more expensive compared to other storage options in the area. Because of that alone, I personally wouldn’t recommend it if you’re trying to stick to a budget. If price isn’t a concern for you, though, this place checks all the other boxes.
