Didn’t know in advance where my storage unit would be before moving from another state only to find out it was on the third floor. Not to bad of a problem but I reserved a 10x20 storage and was given two 5x10s maybe slightly larger side by side! Had a very difficult time arranging our household goods to fit in. One the most agonizing and frustrating thing that hampered us and wasted about 30% of our time was having to continuously walk down the hall, wave our arms at the motion detector to turn on the lights in the hallway. The lights went off right at our units every 10 minutes!!! I pushed the call button and spoke with staff and after telling them the problem they stated they would look into it. Never heard from them. We spent 8 hours trying to get our household in those two units so you can imagine how many times we had to reset the lights!!! The greatest part of moving into the storage was the hired help we had for three of those eight hours. If I could have kept them on longer I would have.

I first informed her that I had a reservation, she pulled up my information and then stated she did not see a reservation for the storage. She created a new reservation. My receipt shows I have two storage units.I also was advised that a lock will be on the floor inside the storage and there wasn’t. Which caused me to be there much longer than needed. I was able to reach customer service which they were very nice but couldn’t help since the store was already closed.
