The facility was beautiful. Two issues: 1. elevator was broken which impacted my move date (I was unable to leave when I wanted to). While the broken elevator was not the fault of the staff, not being able to get to the second floor by any other means was NOT convenient and could possibly be dangerous. 2. I was told I would only be billed for actual time used - that the rental was prorated. When I checked out, I was told that they can not prorate my rental. So, 15 days wasted...which I could not use at any other facility.
