Nathaniel L | First ImpressionsAccording to online, my unit should’ve been ready a lock inside the unit and all I had to do was drive up to it and get the lock. The unit that I got online was already in use. Evidently they reconfigured the storage lockers, and the one I reserved online was not available. They had to find me a different locker, and there was no lock inside that one when I went to it. I had to return to the store to get the lock, which was not a big deal. so basically communication between your online and actual sites need to be upgraded.
