Specifically reviews often mentioned several rate increases over the first year. Meaning better price to move in but implied quick catch-up to competers over that first year. Compared to UHaul; fast friendly in person customer service. When I call I talk to a person who is onsite. I was shown my options and told advantages/ disadvantages of each location. Guaranteed, one year no rate change.
