Only negative was no office at Palmer Brook unit location with nearest office 20 minutes away. Hickey Road office has Excellent admin. staff - friendly, efficient - well done!

Wendy M | First ImpressionsWe used u-haul storage for a year, and we would definitely recommend. We had a large climatized unit and were able to fit the majority of our home contents (with exception of lawn tractor, snowblower). We had no mold or mildew on any of our items after the year. It was easy to come and go when we needed to access the storage unit. I liked that we could use the u-haul app OR speak to someone directly when we needed to. We had our own insurance, but you can also purchase it through U-Haul. Overall a full 5 stars. No complaints!!

JORDAN M | Overall ExperienceWe arrived at the storage facility at 3:30. The office hours were 7am to 7pm however there was a handwritten note in the door that they were gone for the day. After calling the phone number on the handwritten note and being transferred several times (one of the agents we spoke to said there was nothing he could do and We should try back tomorrow) we finally got a call back from Shelby at the Hickey Rd, Saint John office who gave us the help we needed. It took us an hour on the phone before finally getting into the storage unit.

I tried calling and spoke with over 6 representatives in 2 hours with no assistance. I kept being transferred off to different departments before I had to go into a manned office 20 minutes away.
