INEZ H | Overall ExperienceThere were mice poop everywhere on my belongings that I wish to store safely, securely and clean. I thrown away my mattress and sofa due to mice bites and poop. This makes me no use to the u haul storage. I wont recommend anyone to store in any u haul storage. The cashier mentioned, store manager will contact me soon. But, no one contacted so far. Poor customer service. Well done. This is how you guys need to treat customers.
