While the experience at the site has been great from a feature and accessibility perspective. The customer service and follow up has been subpar initially we attempted to book online, but discovered the size that we booked was not available at the facility after going into the facility and learning about the new sizes in the promotion of the first month being free, we decided to book a larger unit however, once we left the facility and got home, we realized that the unit was booked incorrectly and was not the specifications that we were seeking as we were seeking a climate controlled unit, conveniently we were able to modify our booking online and we decided to book the even larger unit the next day we followed up in store to ensure that the booking was secured only to discover that are unit had been charged after attempting to correct this we were told that a manager would follow up but failed to do so after several days following another visit to the store to inquire as to the correction for the booking we once again left contact information and we’re expecting a follow up. This follow up has also not occurred and we are unsatisfied with the level of service that we’ve received in rectifying this issue. We are looking at potentially booking another unit to secure the promotion, but feel it is unnecessary as we have been on site several times to rectify this issue.
