My only complaint about my storage is that I was unable to get a refund for the second half of the month after I moved out. Moving is expensive as it is, and I was refused a pro-rated amount refunded for the days I was no longer using the unit. I was told “they had no way of refunding the money” but then told me if it had only been a few days into the month, they could do it. Pretty contradicting information. I’ve been refunded elsewhere, so this was upsetting and I will definitely consider this next time I need storage.

Rented from this location several times before. Love this Facility as its always clean and easy to access anytime. The Staff is always helpful and courteous. I always recommend this location whenever asked what storage to use in town.

I needed a 15ft truck, she ordered a 20ft truck and I wound up with a 10ft and had to leave eight thousand dollars worth of belongings behind! I'm fleeing from a domestic violence situation and this was the worst experience! When I dropped off the U-Haul nothing was correct or the right location! The gentleman at the drop location helped a lot! I was lied to and swindled at the beginning!
