The new (2 years old I believe) storage facility is always spotless and that includes the bathrooms. The lady employee keeps the building very clean.

I called the south Virginia store (moana) and the same girl who rented the truck to me answered, thank God cuz she was so helpful everytime! I told her my situation, i was in need of a storage unit now and the move didn't happen. She said no problem and set up storage and instructed me to return the uhaul and would only charge mileage and a daily rate. I went to uhaul storage and everything took about 10 minutes. They have a convenient loading dock and everything was smooth! I returned the truck and got a huge refund which really helped out! It was a fantastic experience!
