Leesa P | First ImpressionsMoving in - i was told could be done completely online. However, arriving after the office closed and before the facility closed at 10pm proved otherwise. I had to be seeen by the staff to complete move-in which caused me to need to rent the uhail truxk an additional day also. Deceptive. Also, told staff a week prior, called the day prior - after completion- spoke to customer service day of *with promise to expect call from storage unit and termination/ no chatge+, after auto debt was attempted, and several contact us email/chats on the app —- only to find that uhaul attempted 9 whole days after move out, to get this months rent.
