When I got to the facility, I was uncertain how to find my unit or how to go about the whole process. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The swipe card didn't work. Went and got another one, still didn't work. We ended up doing a code I type in at the door to unlock my unit. I punched that in, the screen said, "Welcome Christine . . .", I went up to my unit, opened it up and the alarm went off. That was a little frustrating and nerve-wracking, especially if it is going to be an ongoing thing. Overall, a positive experience.
Christine W | Online Move InYou need to change the priority on the elevator because it’s priority is the first floor. I’m on the second floor (and literally the only person there most of the time i was there), there were so many times when i would simply go to my storage for 30 secs and the elevator would be sent back down for no reason. There were also times when i would press the button on the second floor, the elevator would get half way there, and it would go back down to the first. You can hear the elevator go up and down. Just make the elevator act like normal.

The manager helped us feel welcome and quite the exact opposite of a burden at all times as we met. They take security very seriously which was also a main driver for us to store with U-Haul.
