5 star - northgate U-Haul is the best storage facility in Idaho falls Idaho.
TYSON P | Overall ExperienceKambree was amazing and very helpful. Nate however was terrible. He has horrible customer service skills. Walks around like he owns the place but also has no idea what’s going on. Refused to give us the 1st month free on my storage unit after using one of the U-Haul trucks. Said the storage I needed was not part of the promotion it was only for 2nd floor units which is false advertising. Horrible experience overall do not recommend. As long as he is the manager that place will be a joke.
