JOHN Z | First ImpressionsI got locked inside the facility for hours and there was never any staff available to speak to no matter when I went. The units had bugs and the lighting throughout the facility was poor.

Samuel T | Online Move InThis facility was a private, locally owned facility. We had been a long time customer prior to UHaul purchasing this location in January 2022. We experienced problems from the start, beginning with our access code not working due to the staff not programming the new keypad. Trying to contact the manager of the facility was futile, she did not return calls nor emails. Days later, when we did finally reach her, the manager was very abrasive. Multiple excuses when trying to contact her during this past year. However, the office staff, Brooke, was friendly and as helpful as she could be but Kim De La Torre is not very customer-oriented. We are not a "big city" town, curtesy and decent customer service is the standard and is expected.
JEAN D | Overall ExperienceThe storage facility is too narrow to safely move a moving truck and or trailer into the facility. Even a 3/4 ton pick up is hard to navigate in the tight corridors. Other than that happy with the facility.
