No one to help in Ridgely. Person has to come from Denton. NO SECURITY GATE WORKING. I had to contact Corporate to check-out of my Unit, because even they couldn't get hold of anyone. THEN, the next day I receive a RECEIPT for next month's rent!! REALLY? And you wonder why I was mad. THEN, I receive an e Mail from Shellie Lord, stating how she "wasn't going to stand for vulgar language, because she was trying to charge me again. TOO BAD! Don't mess with my money, and do your job better! POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
