Rick M | First Impressions1) Explaining Check In was inspecific to the particular site (however, on-site signage was helpful and clear) 2) Door on storage unit was operationally marginal. Took many tries and effort and assistance from another unit renter to open the door. Door also jammed when trying to close it --- door felt as if it was interfering with something or that it was "catching" on something (misaligned track?). Latch was also difficult to operate. Needs lubrication for follow-on renters? But, with patience, was able to gain and secure access. Things are workable.

Recommend the following - check the sliding doors - ours would not stay up and someone prior to us, used duct tape to keep it open. The recycling section is nice and available for anyone to reuse. Connie A | Overall ExperienceI have utilized this location for years. I have found the staff and facility to be top quality. I rented storage units off and on numerous times. I have rented trucks and trailers on a regular basis. This is by far the best location. Sorry to say my experience with several other locations has been less than favorable. I have had such a bad experience with one particular person that I will no longer use Uhaul for any reason. This last move was I rented a truck from Penske trucks. I am purchasing a new trailer and moved out of 3 units to a different company. # one employee CAN be the face or your company. One persons attitude can ruin your image. It did for me and I will pass my experience to people I know.
