The customer service is always high. Welcoming. The storage unit were clean and the space going in and out has always been clean. Recommend the following - check the sliding doors - ours would not stay up and someone prior to us, used duct tape to keep it open. The recycling section is nice and available for anyone to reuse. I have utilized this location for years. I have found the staff and facility to be top quality. I rented storage units off and on numerous times. I have rented trucks and trailers on a regular basis. This is by far the best location. Sorry to say my experience with several other locations has been less than favorable. I have had such a bad experience with one particular person that I will no longer use Uhaul for any reason. This last move was I rented a truck from Penske trucks. I am purchasing a new trailer and moved out of 3 units to a different company. # one employee CAN be the face or your company. One persons attitude can ruin your image. It did for me and I will pass my experience to people I know.
