My items got damaged and no one let me know. They made me believe it wall okay they took care of my items when my first unit flooded. One of my chairs are missing. When I went to go ask staff about this they basically said nothing they can do I waited too long. Yeah well I also trusted the employees and that was my number one mistake. I also had to go to the restroom while at my unit and there was nothing in there. No paper towels, toilet paper, no toilet covers, and no soap. I just wished for a little kindness. Some of the items are extremely old.

Leanna T | Overall ExperienceThe day rent is due the office is calling wondering when it’s going to be paid, there is not any trash cans, pay 120$ a month and can’t even supply a dumpster? Most companies wait at least 5 days before starting to ask for rent payment. Staff was rude, majority of the time it felt like I was texting a teen. Poor grammar, misuse of punctuation, quick to argue. Says the building is climate controlled but I’ve been in the unit plenty of times with temperatures of 40 degrees to 80 plus. Garage doors are constantly broke. Hope this feedback points out the issues within staff and how this business is ran. Word around the community is not good about this place. Hope to see the change and continue to be successful.
