That doesn't happen anymore and the water lines in my trailer was damaged by a rat and had to be repaired. I moved the trailer. The people that run the facility are very friendly.

The Uhaul website/app is pretty bad for check in, so I was glad Perla was there to help upload information and pictures that were needed.
