It was the price I wanted to spend the right size I needed for my belongings to fit close to my house easy access I like being locked in for one year on the price also cause it seemed like other storages when you get them every month they just start going up for this one year I'm blocked in for a year which I'd like a lot

Shawna M | Overall ExperienceTaking out the port a potty forced tenants too use the bushes.. NOT OK… as lso, the prior owners locked up the dumpsters and tenants couldn’t throw away trash. I can see where it could be abused by tenants… but maybe give tenants limits about how much they can trash during office hours then lock it at 5… I dunno. Never rented anywhere with no bathroom or trash

The outside and entrance area by the office we're okay and the manager mentioned that they were working on maintenance but I was a little taken back when I got inside the yard area and really noticed the weed growth it's a lot for non gardeners to be required to keep up with that and the managers are not professional gardeners and I think it would be a good idea to alleviate the wonderful people you have working there of that responsibility and have a landscaping come into weed whack every once in awhile and trim bushes. Delightful staff.
