Shawna M | Overall ExperienceTaking out the port a potty forced tenants too use the bushes.. NOT OK… as lso, the prior owners locked up the dumpsters and tenants couldn’t throw away trash. I can see where it could be abused by tenants… but maybe give tenants limits about how much they can trash during office hours then lock it at 5… I dunno. Never rented anywhere with no bathroom or trash
Sharon S | Overall ExperiencePlease hire some help for them regarding weeds. The outside and entrance area by the office we're okay and the manager mentioned that they were working on maintenance but I was a little taken back when I got inside the yard area and really noticed the weed growth it's a lot for non gardeners to be required to keep up with that and the managers are not professional gardeners and I think it would be a good idea to alleviate the wonderful people you have working there of that responsibility and have a landscaping come into weed whack every once in awhile and trim bushes. Delightful staff.
