It was secure and well lit. I felt safe going to my unit at night if I had to go there. Staff was friendly. I.didnt like the constant increases in payments. There was an infestation on ants and spiders. But overall my experience was good.

Kimberly J | Overall Experiencethere doesn't seem to be much security, there isn't much instructions on where to even go/what to even do when you get there. they advertise "climate controlled" but doesn't seem that controlled because the automatic door almost never works and remains open sometimes. just anyone can walk in. the "check in" machines are down the past few times i've been.

The clarification would have been nice while we were on such a long trip. The gentleman in the Salisbury MD location was very helpful in correcting and accommodating our needs.
