The location in Gadsron AL incorrectly set us up with the Pittsville MD location to drop off our truck instead of the location that had both drop off and storage which was what we needed. The clarification would have been nice while we were on such a long trip. The gentleman in the Salisbury MD location was very helpful in correcting and accommodating our needs.

It was price a different price than what I had seen online , The checking in checking out process was quick although the guy that was at the desk next to the gentleman helping me with sleep and snoring. I was out in like five minutes. Later the next day I Called because i wanted a bigger storage my reasoning 1). To small for my items 2). The unit i had prior to u-haul of salisbury was a bit bigger and cost less . I was put on hold for a few minutes. Gentleman came back and told me his manager said the day was closed out so he cannot give me a refund or do anything else about it. I will not recommend Nor will I be returning customer.

Kimberly J | First ImpressionsThe rent I was given was to be lower because there were no small units available. I was supposed to have free lockout service, too. I live 13 hours away and had the unit for six years. When someone new took over I got slammed with higher rent and the rude people in the office wouldn’t even hear me out when I tried to explain. Then when I flew into town unplanned I didn’t have my key and they would not cut off my lock. I had to have a locksmith come after hours on a weekend. Ridiculous.
