DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY HAVE ROACHES, MICE and MOLD. The smell from the mold was so bad we could barely stand inside the unit. I was lead to believe my inside unit was climate controlled and later found out that was not true. The first floor of the building does not have A/C EVERYTHING was ruined with mold and soiled with feces and urine from the mice. I had to throw away a lot of the things I cherish. Awful place If you have valuables I wouldn’t even consider, If you do decide please get the highest amount of insurance.

The only problem I had when I remove my thing from the storage unit there were rat droppings and rat pee on some of my things I let them know and they were secure and concern never had a problem as long as my things were there yes I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to store.everyone always professional they referred to the number to summit a claim thank you

Security cameras don't work And on top of it when I cleaned out my locker rats been through all my things . Old family photo , wires exc all chewed up by rats. I asked for the information about how will I get reimbursed since I have insurance on my storage locker and now I have to go through a third party.

I complained to the manager at that time and got NO WHERE!. Since then and through a succession of three to four managers it has greatly improved. Randy and the current office people are wonderful. They are courteous and make every attempt to meet your needs as quickly as possible. Keep this quality employee and DON'T revert back to the "Jackie" non quality.
