Why do y’all keep charging me when the manager told me have my stuff out by July 9 midnight and I head out by July 9 8 o’clock that night I canceled my storage. I talked to the manager. He said as long as I have it out by 12 o’clock midnight July 9 and idea 2025.

Milagro G | Overall ExperienceThis place was clean, well lit and the temperature was cool. The only issue was with your electronic key pad. I had to swipe both key pads several times for it to open every time. That's a maintenance issue. Other than that, I enjoyed the experience.

HARRY M | Overall ExperienceThe place was clean and everyone was nice. But the keypad didn’t work 90% of the time.. I mentioned it almost every time I was there because I always had to go to the office to get a new card. I finally was given a code so I did not have to use a card anymore.. but the box is always overheated and not working, which had me have to go into the office regardless. Super inconvenient, never made any offers to fix the problem or discount my unit. I probably had six different cards made and had to go to the office at least 10 times.
