Both the corporate and local staff were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, patient, and friendly. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. The office is organized and well stocked. Prices are reasonable and affordable. Thank you.
Wanda C | Online Move InI first went to the correct building, but upon entry, the only map of units did not include my unit number. Drove to the office, there was no one there. Walked out back, signal and employee and was told they would be right there. They let me know I was in the right building And sent me back. Once there, I had to find an employee find out that there was a basement which explained my confusion. Then I find I am in almost the farthest unit from the entrance. I have difficulty walking, and used the online support, But no one ever got in touch with me after that.
David T | Online Move InI am a first responder an often I have leave for a period of time and come back while working a disaster and have things I need to store. The storage /staff / service was excellent. I will use and recommend U-Haul storage to colleges. A suggestion that you offer a discount to first responders work are there working a disaster in your State. There are so many of us that it would be very helpful.
