I requested a 10 x10 unit, climate controlled. I even called a week prior to my arrival to confirm my reservation. All was good I was told. I was told the first floor which I stated was great due to my handicap. When I arrived, per my reservation date, I was told the only avail u it was a 5x10. Take it or leave it. I asked why they didn't call me about a change, they said things change. The unit is half the trailer size, oh well. Why and how does something like this happen.....

Michael D | Overall ExperienceIn most ways, especially those listed, it was a great experience. My one issue for not recommending the facility was the pesticides used. I had no warning that this was going to happen and all my stuff smells horrible now. Now I have the task of trying to get the chemical smell out of everything, which may not be totally possible. I hope nothing is ruined.

Lahoma s | Overall ExperienceI got a printed map of the location of my storage unit, which was very helpful. What would have been even more helpful would have been full access instructions. For example, I didn't realize I needed to swipe my new access card to 'sign in' to the building, so my first access to the storage area set off the alarm. Also, I don't understand when I need to use my access card within the building, as I move from one area to another.
