Your personnel were not willing to admit they made mistakes on our bill because of their lack of computer knowledge, and therefore, we never received an apology from them!
Gary G | Overall ExperienceI am a 75 year old recent widow who has stored my deceased husband's papers, books and journals in a U-Haul unit since April. Even though the unit was paid for I was mistakenly kicked out of the U-Haul computer system. I was in tears thinking that U-Haul had thrown out my husband's papers that were priceless to our family. Jay, the very sympathetic and kind U-Haul attendant stayed calm and went the extra mile, checking to make sure my husband's things were still in the storage unit. Jay was so personable and empathetic as he worked to solve the problem. He prepared a new contract putting me back into the U-Haul system and he even extended my use of the storage unit for a free month. I am so relieved that my husband's belongings were found safely stored in the original storage unit. THANK YOU JAY.

Dakota S | Overall ExperienceWhen getting the storage unit I was told that the price I was quoted was wrong and mocked by the sales associate multiple times. The lady not only mocked me for the "price update" but for choosing to move to sault st Marie. I WILL NOT be recommending this facility to anyone. If it wasn't for the black gentleman I would have cancelled outright and found a different unit. She has no place working with customers. I am still fairly upset that I was quoted 39.99 and then charged 69.99. This kind of business practice does not look good and stops any sort of return business!

CAROL C | Overall ExperienceI rented a unit a year and a half ago, close to when it first opened. At that time, it was well maintained and very clean. When I moved my stuff out yesterday, there was mold on the floor and in a corner, a rusty screwdriver in the middle of a hallway, muddy footprints throughout that end of the building, and my stuff smells of mildew. There was a broken window into the building, anyone can walk in, the alarms will go off, but no one comes to see the cause of the alarm. I recommend it to lots of people when I opened, but i won't anymore.
