One of the reasons I chose to store at U-Haul in Sault Ste. Marie was Cameron, who was personable, courteous, and pleasant. I even mentioned this in my first review of this site. Therefore, I was surprised to run into him at the local Walmart where he told me he had been terminated by EMAIL for no apparent reason. I immediately made the decision to seek storage elsewhere. You had a good employee and I was willing to pay to support good treatment of him. The site was about the same as every other storage facility I’ve been to; what made it a cut above was Cameron.

Auto lights don’t work, security card readers inoperative & security doors stuck wide open daily, auto pay was cancelled when I had to move to larger unit, then told to pay $32 penalty when payment was not made timely. How can we REALTORS recommend your facility to our clients when you ignore your staff’s requests for company’s hardware & software maintenance issues. FIX IT!
