The gentleman I saw was one of the coolest people I’ve met! I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name as I often forget my own. He’s got beautiful dreads dyed red at the ends and he has a wonderful kind heart that shines through his actions, words, and demeanor. 100% for me to ever go anywhere else!

They said they called everyone but I have no missed calls and no voicemails. When adding new locks to units they should maybe send an email of if they will be calling leave a voicemail. I am extremely annoyed about the lack of communication from this place especially when they are charging an extremely high monthly rate.
