My only complaint is that there aren't any drive-up 10'x10' storage units closer to my area of Reno. Otherwise, 5 stars to Uhaul. You guys are my go to for trailer and storage rental.

Ming L | Overall ExperienceFor the most part, a pleasant experience. Our main complaint was that we had an automatic payment made on 12/10/25, and we cleared out on the 17th. We asked about a prorated fee and we were told that we needed to have warned them before the payment, to stop the auto payment. NO REFUND. This was never communicated when we rented the unit, AND we had communicated with them on two occasions that we'd clear out on the 17th. The office never advised us to stop the auto payment ahead so time. Also, we used our own lock, and 2 months after the rental, while we were on a cross-country trip, we were called twice about replacing our lock with the disc-type they provided. It was never communicated that we had to use that lock, and we told them that we weren't coming back until 12/17. A small lock was placed next to ours so we had to wait for an employee to open our unit, but no one was ever sent, my wife had to find somebody to actually remove the small lock. Very inconvenient, and lame, since it was a small lock, but their excuse was that the disk locks are more secure. Really??!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! We'd like a refund of $61.43 on the prorated rental, as it is empty for 3 weeks, but available for rental, and cleaned!
