JOHN B | First ImpressionsI was provided a free lock for the unit, but it had keys and I have lots of units so I don’t wanna keep track of keys. It would be much better to provide an option for a non-keyed lock such as numbers or letters so that you don’t have to find the key to unlock the storage unit.

I paid for covered and electric however the electric was turned off (without being informed), which killed my batteries - paying all that monies and not getting what I feel I paid for. --
JOSEPH A | Overall ExperienceReally happy I went rented from hauler, I moved from storage unit 3 months renting make buy insurance my rate went $74 to $119 per month, plus the office staff lied to said they didn't have smaller unit went they, I'm really happy I went to uhaul uhaul staff did ask me personal questions, staff uhaul is professional.
