I paid for covered and electric however the electric was turned off (without being informed), which killed my batteries - paying all that monies and not getting what I feel I paid for. --
JOSEPH A | Overall ExperienceReally happy I went rented from hauler, I moved from storage unit 3 months renting make buy insurance my rate went $74 to $119 per month, plus the office staff lied to said they didn't have smaller unit went they, I'm really happy I went to uhaul uhaul staff did ask me personal questions, staff uhaul is professional.

JOHN M | Overall ExperienceWe turned the truck in on May 2, 2025. Unfortunately there was only one employee working on this busy Saturday. However, Viviana handled all the customers efficiently and with grace. We were there the day before getting our storage units situated and the two men working were very helpful and patient with us. Highly recommend this U-Haul station.
