I had a nice new gentleman help me with my storage unit but even though he did do everything right we still had to get the manager to help us with the debit card and everything was great he did a great job with the paperwork and hopefully he was able to remember what he needed to do for the transaction to go through once the manager stepped in but I just hope he was able to do it all on his own he did a wonderful job very nice guy.

KENYAH W | First ImpressionsThe process to rent was fairly smooth. I was assigned a unit but when I went to it there was a lock on the door already. I called customer service but because the store was closed he was not able to contact anyone but reassigned me to another unit without issue.
