MAURICE S | First ImpressionsUsed a free month of storage deal after renting a trailer. Forgot about the storage any no longer needed it. Unfortunately I was getting billed monthly for a storage space not used. Called to cancel my rental of the unit and told I had to come in person to close the rental. Arrived at U-Haul and advised I was there to cancel my rental and gave my name and immediately, less than 1 minute later, I was handed a receipt for cancellation. I had been billed only 2 days earlier for the month of December for a unit never used and U-Haul would not prorate the month for me. Very unhappy with customer service/care. Your free rental month with trailer rental is a scam to rip people off.

U have had a credit card on file and billed several times since July, and after speaking to another customer service person Friday to find out which facility in Roseville my UBox was at, so I could pick up tomorrow, she hung up on me???
