The staff in the Uhaul store were extremely helpful. The merchandise was always neatly stocked and I could find everything I needed. I will always deal with Uhaul when the need arises.

Every single time I’ve tried to reach the office and speak to Employee or the manager. It always redirect me to customer service phone number instead of the actual location that I was trying to reach. I tried probably three days in a row, and even the people in corporate were pretty upset too because they did not and could not get a hold of even the manager with their cell phone or even a direct call to the store. They still would not pick up so I decided to sit outside of the store and call with three employees at the counter and no one there as far as customers and they still did not pick up the phone so I’m really really disgusted now with customer service at the store level. I even told a gentleman at the store yesterday if you guys didn’t have such a big volume of Business, you’d be picking up your phone because no company in the world would just let their phones ring especially with the people that are working now in today’s day Customer Service has been thrown out the window a long time ago that’s my true opinion absolute I have no words I’m disgusted when I’m trying to explain this they don’t care. They even said they would left messages and call me back. It was urgent four times even from customer service from Uhaul and the store would not call me back and when I get there, it’s like they’re put out of their way to help me. Let me run that store. I’ll show you a customer service.

Unfortunately I was getting billed monthly for a storage space not used. Called to cancel my rental of the unit and told I had to come in person to close the rental. Arrived at U-Haul and advised I was there to cancel my rental and gave my name and immediately, less than 1 minute later, I was handed a receipt for cancellation. I had been billed only 2 days earlier for the month of December for a unit never used and U-Haul would not prorate the month for me. Very unhappy with customer service/care. Your free rental month with trailer rental is a scam to rip people off.
