Well first it is not clear about after hours accessibility. I couldn’t get in every time I tried calling no one was available. Second every time I open the door some alarm goes off. And as to me not recommending I don’t recommend anything for no body

Nancy M | Overall ExperienceThe manager especially the GM and her staff are the absolute worst and I recommend that people DO NOT come here for truck rental and storage go anywhere else but this location. I have never been treated and spoken to by anyone in my entire adult life they way the staff and general manager disrespected and spoke to me. I will not stop spreading my experience with the public in hope that another person will never have the disrespect and mistreatment I had to endure during my 3 months at this horrible negative nightmare of a place. The general manager should be re trained and she should also thank god she is not being criminally charged with harassing a disabled person or for being verbally abusive to a disabled man. Shame on this company for not training the younger staff to treat customers with dignity and respect. No customer should ever have to walk in to a place they pay to utilize and be lied to about policy at a company when it is a policy and posted on the website. I plan on not stopping with this I will continue to spread the truth about this store

ANDREW L | Overall ExperienceMoving in to this storage facility was a horrible experience. I needed a mid to large size storage unit. I was told there was one available. While the gentleman was setting me up his manager Heather interrupted and was very insistent that I rent UPods outside in a warehouse instead. She was very unprofessional even after I told her that the UPods were not what I needed or wanted . I did not rent anything that day but returned another day to rent the inside climate controlled unit Again the manager Heather interrupted the setup and told me I had to take two separate small units instead of one mid sized - this was after I was told there was a mid sized one available. As soon as a larger unit was available at the Ogden facility closed out my units at Sunset and moved them to the Ogden facility. The manager at Sunset does not listen to the customer needs and wants. She is unprofessional

Staff was mostly friendly but some need to act like they what to be there even knowing they don't as it sucks to walk into a place and see people with an "I don't care" attitude.

Good for introverts who care about their belongings and staff treats you as one of their own every interaction I’ve had. The hours are good even for a grave worker/day/ and swings. Can be a little irritating some times with hours but nothing unmanageable. Overall I have had an excellent experience with uhual. Love the security snd reliability
