i feel like giving two stars but they deserve 3 i guess. the only real issue is that when we put our fifth wheel there they never bothered to tell us that within a few short months they would be tearing down the covered storage and forcing us to move to another storage place with only a months notice. it's not easy to find storage for a 40' fifth wheel to begin with much less covered. we couldn't find another place with covered space so it's out in the weather. this is pure greed cause they are replacing the covered rv parking with more warehouse for small lockers which is more profitable. i would not recommend any u haul storage to anyone. they didn't even offer to help their customers locate suitable space for all the rv's and boats stored there.

Emmalou R. | Overall ExperienceFor as large as the facility is with three floors, there's only one elevator and when there's a ton of people moving on one day it makes it super inconvenient. Also, the pin pad that you swipe your card on is not legible and no one explains to you how to use it anyway so you don't know how to check in or out. Also, when I went to check out from my unit they said that everything was done and taken care of and then four days later I got a phone call saying oh we noticed your unit was empty. Did you check out? Super frustrating when I showed them the pictures and everything and I was returning a U-Haul that I rented that same day as well. I will never use U-Haul storage again as it is very inconvenient and it seems like things are taken care of but they are not. Very frustrating.

Howard B. | Overall ExperienceAgain I forgot the name of the girl at the front desk, but she was so amazing to me, next time I stop by I will get her name so I can update this, but she really made my rental truck, and move out and transfer so seamless, she helped me out so much and she makes the U-Haul Moving and Storage a place I would tell my friends about when they ask if I knew anywhere!
john m. | First ImpressionsI had requested 24-hr access and was told I had access by Uhaul office staff member, but I was locked out of building at 10pm. I was in the middle of loading and had both of my storage units wide open and my truck keys inside the locked Uhaul facility. Fortunately another customer was inside to allow me to secure my unit. Then the next morning, the sliding glass doors weren’t functioning so had to use the small door to do all my load transfers, punching my code each time and struggling to navigate the wide heavy carts through the inadequate access. This was at 10am on a weekend! Same trip, I got stuck in the elevator on my last load for 30min on the 3rd floor. (This was on Feb11)
David M. | Overall ExperienceThe female employee who helped me close my account on 2/5/24 around 10 am deserves to be fired. She was wearing a beanie and an attitude that could only be described as skid marks on old mens underwear. Its hard to describe her attributes without mentioning obscenities. I was shocked and stunned to have witnessed the level of pettiness and disrespect from an employee of a company. I drive past this storage unit on my work commute and i will forever spit at the sight of that building. Terrible staff, lazy, rude, entitled and incompetent. As i was walking away from the toxic transaction, she immediately started to talk back to me. I turned around absolutely stunned. I could not believe the argument she was pulling out of her rear. I have no idea what her problem was. If she doesnt get fired i hope at least she gets a$$ cancer. And i mean that with the utmost level of disrespect

Shane S. | First ImpressionsThe move in process was simple enough except they were insistent that I move in within 7 days. This did not work for me at all and there was no way to change it to a month out, which is when I wanted it. It was also not even close to where I was going to be living and would be very inconvenient to have to drive the far away every time I needed to access it.
