David C | Overall ExperienceThis place is outdated compared to places like extrastorage yet the rent keeps getting raised . I get a second unit and they , without talking to me put me into a split unit; so now I have 3 locks to keep track of. I moved to ExtraSpace because of the technology of just needing your phone to get into your unit and not some 20 year old u-lock. Besides that, the managers here are rude and inconsiderate. I was charged 16.00 for a cleaning fee for a truck for cake sprinkles on the seat. I disputed it and was told I would be refunded which never happened. I left a bad review and the next few rentals all had issues where the equipment I needed “wasn’t available” even though I went through the app and made sure it was . I won’t be coming back here again. Oh not to mention me having 2 units … I moved out of one and they shut down my access code completely . Thankfully I won’t have to deal with this ridiculousness any more.
RONALD S | Overall ExperienceManager Stacy was very unhappy and complained about her job the whole time and was complaining about their being customers in the store. She was completely clueless and was giving out false information. Pushed multiple customers aside not politely because she didn't know how to help them and told them to wait until someone else could help them because she didn't know. Probably the worst customer service I've experienced ever.
