Dawn B | Overall ExperienceThe only thing I wish was different was the prorated policy. I had just paid for my units then got an opportunity to move into my house and lost a whole month of rent. That’s almost $300.00. I had to take advantage of the help to move whenever I got the chance. I asked about getting some back but was told it’d be too complicated to refund me since the payment already processed. Not something you want to hear. Technology makes that part easier now days

The first two were emptied and checked out . the third had to wait until it was empty that turned out to be after 5:30 when the office was closed. Although I checked out of the facility with my passcode and the unit was left clean empty and unlocked. I had to make a separate trip to come back and finish checking out to avoid further charges.

Additionally, I enjoy the amenities such as the carts indoor facility to unpack items from your vehicle is a plus. I absolutely would recommend storage facility use!
