Nick C | First ImpressionsI rented three units for more than a year. On moving day, it took the crew two trips to empty all three units. The first two were emptied and checked out . the third had to wait until it was empty that turned out to be after 5:30 when the office was closed. Although I checked out of the facility with my passcode and the unit was left clean empty and unlocked. I had to make a separate trip to come back and finish checking out to avoid further charges.

Additionally, I enjoy the amenities such as the carts indoor facility to unpack items from your vehicle is a plus. I absolutely would recommend storage facility use! The gentleman that assisted me was super helpful and should be commended for his customer service!
