When I arrived I was told the unit I was supposed to move into was not available. I then ended up scheduling another unit with them and the code to get in was never given to me. When I called they wouldn’t answer for the first few tries so I ended up scheduling it with another storage unit company. I then tried to call to cancel this unit and was put on hold for 30 minutes after which they tried to tell me just to call back later. I asked if they could just cancel my unit and if they would refund the $11 insurance fee. They never refunded my fee which makes me think they never cancelled my unit. I will be calling to verify this as well. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a uhaul location.

The pot holes ii the drive way could have been repaired on a timely basis.

Why y’all have like 1 person only running the entire store? That person is like always stressed out. People are waiting 15-30 minutes just to be able to talk to a store employee.

The People working need help, they are understaffed. garrage door was broken for months. Our lock was cut off and a u haul lock put on and charged to us without prior notice and Items were stolen.

Went to get a storage unit that we reserved online, only to find that there were no available units of the size we reserved. The man at the desk was rude and unhelpful. Will not be using U-Haul again.
