No overhead lights, lock broken that is used to see inside, trucks and cars are always parked in our way to get into our rented space. We moved out due to the fact that, can't load or unload our belongings because too many rental vehicles are always in our way. Too expensive for unkept, unclean, space to rent. 149.95 plus tax. Cost too much for unkept storage

Edward W | First ImpressionsMy unit was broken in to 4 times. The first 3 I didn't have to insurance. I finally purchased the insurance and when the my unit was broke in to again the manager told me that if I find a claim he would dispute it because my lock supposedly wasn't in the right place.

Nathan R | Online Move InI did not like u haul putting their lock on my unit and I had to wait for them to unlock my rented unit. They always had a truck that was broke down parked in front of my unit, again I had to wait to have it moved so I could get into my unit. They lost the key to their lock and they had to cut off their lock. The parking lot had nails, screws and wire/metal laying all around the parking lot.
