The facility is ALWAYS clean, the staff has always treated me with kindness and respect and are very helpful. This was my first time purchasing a storage from this facility. I also rented a Uhaul and I typically rent Uhauls from here but we sure were glad we selected an inside unit with AC in the middle of a heat advisory! Also thankful for the early morning office hours!!! I literally needed to move as soon as they opened. Thanks

Robert W | Overall ExperienceOverall, my experience with this company was horrible. I got tired of having to call in to make a payment with the same card the GM said didn’t work. And when I returned to finally get my things out of storage my key didn’t work in my lock anymore which I thought was very strange needless to say after the headache I experience that day getting my things out, no I’m good.The rate increase was also the reason I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
