Staff was on hand ready to assist me when I had trouble removing the lock on my unit which is situated next to the ground. The business area is always clean and ready to receive customers with stock on display in easily-accessed displays. Safe, well-secured space.
Mary D | Overall ExperienceThe frequent unit price hikes were excessive. The closures of inside units for so-called cleaning only caused inconvenience to customers instead of improving their experience. Unfortunately, my overall impression of this facility was far from positive.

TERRY S | Overall ExperienceYou need to staff the front desk better. It's awful to stand behind someone consuming 20 minutes of an employee's time while waiting to pay for a purchase. Awful customer service. It's also mind boggling that you allow nails and screws to lay in the parking lot. I got a flat tire from the parking space.....would it be that hard to walk the lot once a day with a pole magnet to ensure your customers have a better and safer experience (your trucks would be better off too). Your U-Box experience has not been very favorable either.
