Trailer was dirty inside and out and had not been cleaned but it didnt really bother me.

JAMES LWhen I returned the truck the door was locked. A sign in the window wanted me to use the U-Haul app to upload a picture of the dash. Not at all “customer friendly “. (Truck rental at a used furniture store with limited business hours??)
ROGER BThe uhaul app and people that answer the phone are horrible. The app is confusing and not accurate. When I called to try and find a trailer, I was told there were zero available in Alaska for any of the 3 days I was trying to pick up a one way trailer. On the day before I was leaving, I checked and there were several available. People on the phone were never very helpful.
