SALVADOR RWaa not advised that I would be sent a message to verify the vehicle. After loading up the van, I check my messages and noticed one was sent. When I clicked I the link, it stated it was expired. Upon returning the van. I noticed additional 30+ miles was added which i didn't drive. The rental was local with only being about 32 miles round trip. When I contacted the store, I was advised that I didn't answer the message and I couldn't dispute the mileage. The mileage out was not the mileage that was on the odometer when I got in the van and mistated on the receipt. I explained the issue reference not being told about the message or verifying anything and the supposed Mgr. RYAN, began saying that the employee told me that I was advised, even though Ryan was not even there when I rented it. My son was also with me and confirmed that no one told us about a message being sent to us to check. Bottom line, I was charged almost $60 for mileage I didn't drive based on an error of mileage from im assuming a prior rental. I can verify mileage as my driving history is noted on an app on my phone. Also Ryan hung up on me stating he wasn't going to talk to me because I ",raised my voice". Maybe Ryan shouldn't assume his employees have proper rental info when they didn't. All he had to do is review the security video and audio that would confirm the employee didn't advise of a email or text message upon rental.
