Luis MPicking up through the app is horrible. If your phone isn’t precisely set up to pick up, you’ll never get through it and you’ll never even know how to set it up without somebody’s help. I spent an hour out there waiting for a phone call and for somebody to get on the phone and walk me through all my settings to set up my phone to be able to pick up. It’s terrible terrible process Needs to be made easier
